We’re not relaxing on that spades tournament though, that’s for sho! lol

We coming for the champs from Chi Town!

Thursday:

Come in town early for some bowling family fun!

Friday:

- Fun at Water World

- 7 pm - Kickback meet and greet party!

- Music, food, dancing and singing

- Wards Got Talent

- Spades tournament

- Karaoke after party at the Sugar Shack

Saturday:

Kickin it … All day fun at the Andrew Belle Gym!

-Starting off with the Ward Nation basketball game, so come cheer on your fav players!

- BBQ food and southern sides all day long so come and eat real good and chill

- Continue Spades tournament and trophy to the champs

- Outdoor pool fun for everyone and splash pads for little ones

- Tug-a-war

- Relay Races

- Music & Line dancing

- Games - table games, Spoons, Uno, dominos, chess, jump rope and more!

- Black Excellence Awards

- Family Meeting

Sunday:

The Word, Prayer, Praise & Worship

Payment is your official RSVP.

$80 per adult (18 and up)
$50 per teen (ages 13 - 17)
$35 per child (ages 5 - 12)
No cost for elders 75 + and children 4 years or younger (price includes rental fees, catering, decor, taxes, gratuity)
All registrations and payments must be received by June 1st, 2025.

If you would like to make installment payments you may begin making payments as soon as March 1st to Ward Board Treasurer, Cynthia Glasgow.
